    Nordlane Oy does not guarantee that:

    • All vulnerabilities or security issues will be detected
    • The results are complete, accurate, or up to date
    • The Service will prevent security breaches or attacks

    Use of the Service does not make any website secure.

    The Service does not constitute legal, technical, or security advice.

    3. User Responsibilities

    5. Payments and Billing

    The Service is provided on a subscription basis.

    • Subscription fees are billed annually unless otherwise specified
    • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period
    • You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing period

    Unless otherwise stated:

    • Payments are non-refundable
    • Nordlane Oy reserves the right to change pricing with reasonable notice

    If payment fails, access to the Service may be suspended or terminated.

    6. Service Availability

    The Service is provided without any guarantee of availability or uptime.

    Nordlane Oy may:

    • Modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time
    • Perform maintenance or updates without prior notice

    We are not liable for any interruptions or unavailability of the Service.

    7. Intellectual Property

    All rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, and technology, are owned by Nordlane Oy.

    You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service.

    These Terms may be translated into other languages.

    In case of any discrepancies or interpretation issues, the Finnish version of these Terms shall prevail.
